Fitting Instructions

1. Measure your waist at your waistband. No slack, do not pull tight.
2. Measure your hips across the widest part. Let tape slip up and down until you are sure you have the widest part of your hips.
3. Measure your thighs in much the same way as you measured your hips, letting the tape slide up and down to find the widest part. (It is usually across the thigh muscle if you are male or very muscular, and up high just under the crotch if you are female.)
4. Measure your outseam. Wearing a pair of pants that you like where they fall on your waist, measure from the top of the waistband to 4′ or 5″ below the bottom of your kneecap. This added length is for ease over bent knees when pedaling.
